Delivery information

We endeavour to deliver all grass orders within 1 to 5 working days. Some special grasses can take longer. Our sales team will contact you if there is any delivery delay.

At peak times, grass orders can take 3 to 5 working days, and under exceptional circumstances can take up to 15 days.

We can sell out of some grasses from time to time, delivery times may take much longer in this scenario.

Delivery Requirements

Please note that we use a third party delivery company, there are some restrictions sometimes, when delivering heavy items like artificial grass.

It is important to inform our company of access to property, If the delivery address can facilitate a box van at the very least. Our delivery of grass is reliant on the furthest place of access for the delivery vehicles. 

A lot of our delivery vans only have one driver, so movement of the grass may not be possible due to the weight, so it is recommended to ask the driver on what he can do, and plan the best place were he can leave it.
