Refund and Return Policy

For deliveries made by Outdoor Living drivers:

If you have any issues or queries about your delivery please inform the delivery driver at the time of delivery, or call us on 01 287 8404. If your item is damaged or faulty on delivery please contact us within 30 days so that we can arrange collection and replacement, repair or refund of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.


For deliveries made by An Post & Fastway

If the item is noticeably damaged on delivery please refuse to sign for the item and to it returned to our warehouse. Please call us on 01 287 8404 / 01 801 800 and let us know about the issue and we will inspect the item and arrange a replacement. If you notice the item is damaged or faulty on opening please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange collection and replacement, repair or refund of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights


For deliveries made by Independent couriers

Should you have any issues with your delivery please inform the delivery driver at the time, or call us and we will arrange pick up and replacement if required.

Once the returned goods have been checked at the warehouse, refunds will be issued back to the account from which payment was originally taken if requested.

Your refund will be issued as soon as possible. It usually takes between 3 to 6 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancelling your Order

If you wish to cancel/change an order please contact us by email on [email protected]living.ie or alternatively by phone on 01 287 8404/01 801 8000. Cancellations must be made by phone and confirmed by email.


Refunds for cancellations will be credited in the same method used originally when payment was taken. This may take a number of days to process depending on your bank.

Returned Goods

When returning goods, please ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as they were when initially received. If the goods are not deemed fit for resale or have suffered damage to either the product or packaging, then a partial refund may be granted based on the diminished value of the items. In the event of the goods being damaged or made unfit for resale whilst in the possession of the consumer, we are not obligated to provide any refund.
A collection charge will apply if you are unable to return the goods to us, there will be a minimum charge of €20 depending on the size of items to be collected and your location. This will not apply if the goods are returned directly to us.
Alternatively, if you return the goods to us and they are deemed fit for resale, you will be entitled to a full refund. The standard delivery charge will be inclusive in this refund. If you have paid for expedited delivery or an installation service this will not be refunded.
Due to restrictions in place due to Covid-19, if an item is being returned to our shop, you must arrange a suitable time to drop off the item with our staff.
