REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your purchase please inform delivery driver. Alternatively give us a call and we will arrange pick up of the faulty item and will replace same. Please notify all our sales staff on any potential delivery obstacles. 99% of our deliveries are delivered without any issue, so if you have an issue with access, please inform us, we may be able to get special lifting equipment to aid the lifting of the grass over a wall or barrier.
Refunds for returned items will be credited by the same method used for the original payment. Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse and have been inspected, a refund will take place as quickly as possible.
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact our Office via email or phone. You have the right to cancel up to two days before delivery. If after the goods have been delivered or have to be returned,

You have 14 days from date of delivery to notify Artificialgrass.ie if you wish to return goods. Returned goods, please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging and are in resalable condition and have not been in use..
Restocking & Collection charge will apply min. of €20 depending on size and location. All Damages must be reported to Artificialgrass.ie within 14 days from date of delivery.
